Pear rakia — smooth and full-bodied, made from Bulgaria’s best local pear varieties, with a fresh, spring-fruit character carried through to a mild, well-balanced palate. Barrel-aged versions from Isperih and Troyan mature for around three years in small oak casks, adding vanilla and light spice without masking the pear.
